Process Scheduler Intermittent SQL statement failures observed when running Process Scheduler requests.
Invalid date. (180,112)
OR
1861 - ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
OR
1861 - ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
When the process request that failed is restarted the second pass runs fine with no errors. There is no change to the parameters for the second run. The "failed" process will then continue to run successfully for many days before failing again.
