Label for Effective Date is shown as 'Termination Date' for transactions in Monitor Approvals

The label for Effective date of transactions raised via MSS reflects as Termination date in the Monitor workflow Approvals. Value of Effective Date is reflecting correct.
This seems to occur for Promotions, Ad hoc Salary changes & Standard hour changes, Location Change, Full/Part Change Status.
The field however correctly reflects as Transfer date for Transfer requests raised via MSS.

Label for the effective date should be the correct label, depending on the type of the transaction

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to: Enterprise Components -> Approvals -> Approvals -> Monitor ApprovalsSelect ‘PromoteEmployee’ Approval process:
Open any transaction: Date ‘2012-04-19’ is a promotion effective date, not termination date.

Select ‘LocationChange’ Approval process. . Open Any Transaction:
Date ‘2014-04-14’ is a Location change effective date, not termination date.
It is the case with Ad hoc Salary changes, Standard hour changes, Full/Part Change Status Transactions as well. The Effective Date

Not : Label is correct for Transfer Employee Transactions:
Select any Transaction:
Label ‘Transfer Date’ is displayed correct.
