Integration Broker Message Stuck on New Status intermittently in Operation Instance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools>Integration Broker>Service Operation Monitor>Monitoring>Asynchronous Service Operation.
2. Change Queue level to Oper Instance.
3. Click Refresh button.
4. Observe Message stuck in New status.
