Symptoms

An error occurs when copying other requester's requisitions in the fluid requisition page

NOTE: In the replication steps, user details/company name/address/email/ telephone number all represent a fictitious sample from the Oracle Demo Vision Database.
Any similarity to actual companies or actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and is in no way intentional on the part of Oracle.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as TIRVING and create requisition in Fluid component
2. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Procurement Users > User Preferences (ABROWN)
Select Procurement > Requisition Authorizations
Full Auth for All Requesters is unchecked
TIRVING is added to Requesters User Authorization grid
3. Login as ABROWN
Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
Search TIRVING Requisitions
Select copy option from the drop down list for one of the requisitions
Click Yes
Click Save and Submit
Getting error message (You do not have authority to ADD requisitions for TIRVING) which is correct
Change the Requester
Click Yes
Click Save and Submit
ABROWN is able to copy the requisition of TIRVING without any issues
4. Go to Home Page
5. Click eProcurement Tile > Click My Requisitions Tile
Search TIRVING Requisitions
Select Copy option of one of the requisitions
The user is unable to copy the requisition
Getting Error Component interface creation failed.
