Symptoms
Learning items enrolled using the LM_ML_ENROLL (Mandatory learning) process in ELM are not visible in the 'learning section' of performance management in HCM
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Log on to the HCM environment
2. Navigate to the Current Performance Documents page
3. Click on one of the Performance Document links on the list
4. Scroll down to the Learning Section
5. Compare the learnings with ELM
