When trying to terminate an employee, then trying to approve GSS Terminate Employee Transaction, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager and submit Terminate Employee transaction.
2. Login as Approver, to approve GSS Terminate Employee Transaction
3. Error occurs
