Symptoms
All help buttons (question marks), on the I-9 form, are not correctly labeled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PeopleSoft as Admin with Screen Reader Mode Enabled
2. Select the “Employee Self Service” homepage dropdown
3. Select the “Personal Details” tile
4. Select the “Form I-9” tile
5. Click on “Go to Form I-9” link
