The PC_CA_TO_PC Fails with Unique Constraint at the step PC_CA_TO_PC.30000000.ReadView.
This step concatenates several fields to populate PS_PC_RES_CA_TAO.RESOURCE_ID_TMP and creates duplicate resource ids.

Duplicates created when concatenating several fields CONTRACT_NUM, CONTRACT_LINE_NUM and EVENT.

Replication Steps:
1. Create a contract.
2. Add 11 amount based lines.
3. Select an existing project and an activity or create new ones to Contract Terms for line 1.
4. Select the same project and activity to Contract Terms for line 11.
5. Add the revenue distribution accounting for all contract lines.
6. Allocate the amount.
7. Assign a milestone billing plan for the line 1 and one for line 11.
8. Add 11 events for the line 1 bill plan.
9. Put event 11 to Ready.
10. Add 11 events for the line 1 bill plan 11.
11. Put the event 1 to Ready.
12. Associate a revenue plan wit line 1 and 11.
13. Create 11 revenue events and put the last one to Ready.
14. Activate the contract.
15. Process fixed amount revenue.
16. Run PC_CA_TO_PC. Process fails at the step PC_CA_TO_PC.30000000.ReadView with Unique Constraint error
