External Candidate Gateway - Kicked Out When Trying to Update any Attachment

Symptoms
External applicant is kicked out the page when clicks on the Edit attachments button under My Job Application page.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Goto My Job Applications
2. Goto My Cover Letters and Attachments
3. Add Attachments
4. Save
5. Then Edit the attachment
6. Change the Title
7. Save
8. Edit again and the user is sign out of the Career site
