E-AWE: Purchase Order Approvals not Sending Notifications on Denial as Worklists and Email Notifications are No Longer Available at the Event Level in Configure Transactions (Doc ID 2798977.1)

Symptoms

In the customer's Tools 8.58/FSCM 9.2 PUM39 environments, application approvals are configured so that the following notifications are sent out when a transaction is routed for approval:

Approver: Will receive the transaction in their worklist
Requestor: Will receive an email letting them know that it is Pending approval.

The emails are not triggering on a Submit, Approval, or Denial events in workflow. This capability is vital to the site's business process which was working prior to the upgrade. If the customer is unable to trigger emails based on business process events for specific modules, then the customer won't be able to move forward with the upgrade as this significantly impacts their business process. In addition, no Worklist option on the push notification area which they previously were able to control.
