Getting 'XML parser error CreateXmlDoc Fatal Error: at file Integration Server' Error in Document Creation (Doc ID 2799379.1)

Symptoms

When try to create a document in supplier contract, users cannot view document link XML, edit and upload the same downloaded XML due to XML parser error CreateXmlDoc Fatal Error:


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Create a Document
Navigation Service Procurement > Document Maintenance or Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
Open a Document with
Document Status = Draft
2. Click on View document link XML file like < SHARE_NDA0009_0.00.xml> will be generated
3. After editing, click on Check in link
4. Check the file name to upload and error is triggered
