E-ES: "Keyword Search Will Return Results Last Updated Over Hours Ago (MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SSPM)" Not Showing in PT 8.59 (Doc ID 2800235.1)

Goal

When using Keyword search in previous versions of Peopletools we could see the last index update timestamp:  "Keyword Search will return results last updated over x hours ago (MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SSPM)".  Keyword search in Peopletools 8.59 is not showing the timestamp.  How can we see the timestamp in Peopletools 8.59 and higher?
