E-WF/AWE: Outbound Email Notifications No Longer Getting Recorded into PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL (Doc ID 2800483.1)

Symptoms

Previously in the customer's old PeopleTools environment, it used to record all outgoing email approval notifications into PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL. But after upgrading to the new PeopleTools 8.58 FSCM 9.2 PUM39, and after configuring notifications and receiving emails, the email was not recorded to PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL. Please confirm in the new notification framework if the system is supposed to record the email to PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL?
