Symptoms

When attempting to run the Import HEBSS process, the following error occurs, which can be verified in the output file for the process:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu>Financial Aid>Student Loans Company>Import HEBSS Files.
  2. Enter parameters including Acad year 2021.
  3. Run the process.
  4. Once completed, click link to process monitor to review the output file to verify the results.
