Symptoms
When manager received an email notification when an employee submits time entries for approval. The URL link in the email notification routes the manager to the Approve Timesheet Summary page (TL_MSS_TIMESHEET) instead of the Reported Time (EOAWMA_TXNHDTL_FL) page.
When user clicks on the URL it takes the user to the Classic page instead of the fluid page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Report Time for Approval
2. Open fluid Approval from email using URL.
