When trying to access an approval (clicking on approve or trying to add comments) and error is received.

Error in Application:

Steps
1) Have an approver or a reviewer try to access the approval.

2) Clicking on approve or adding comments results in the errors noted above.

Note: if you ignore the errors and try to add comments, the comments are not saved.
