Symptoms
When attempting to submit Timesheet with real time rules enabled, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager
2. On Report Time Search Page, search by department
3. Once in the timesheet then select submit, then next employee, then repeat then submit and next employee.
