Page And Field Configurator Not Setting Default Value After Upgrade (Doc ID 2802866.1)

Symptoms


Default value defined in page and field configurator is not being populated on the page in ADD mode

We expected the default set in page field configurator to  appear on the page when we add a new row 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Contributor Relations> Prospect Management > Stewardship Plans > Person Action Plan Page
    and Enterprise Objects > Page and Field Configurator

 This issue will present itself on any page where a value is defaulted by PeopleCode or from Application Designer.

Changes

Recent upgrad to PUM 21 and People Tools 8.58.
