Symptoms
When a dependent's or beneficiary's name is clicked on the Dependent and Beneficiary Coverage Summary page, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to classic Self Service > Benefits > Dependents and Beneficiaries > Dependent/Beneficiary Coverage.
2. Click the name of a dependent or beneficiary.
