Symptoms

The delivered “PeopleSoft Benefit Assistant” chatbot was cloned to create a custom chatbot. On the Benefits Summary page, when selecting the cloned Benefits Assistant chatbot, and type 'Hi', the following error occurs

Sorry, I'm having trouble connecting with the application right now. Try again some time later. If issue persists, contact your System Administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service> Benefit Details> Benefit Summary
2. Click on the Benefits Assistant Chatbot
3. After typing Hi, the above error is triggered in PeopleSoft.
