Event Creation (INPCCREA) Process fails to run with statement with error
ERROR
'Dynamic SQL statements such as SELECT and INSERT have been built into the program, however, the buffer area in the program allocated for such statements is not large enough.'

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Run Create Counting event
Navigation Inventory / Inventory Counts / Prepare Counting Event / Create Counting event
Enter Unit ,
Count Options = Cycle Count.
2. In the Cycle Count Options tab, select
Cycle Count Options = Manual Count.
Error is in the message log.
