Troubleshooting Guide options Are Not Read Out
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Turn on Enable Screen Reader Mode at the login page
- Navigate to Employee Self Service > HR Help Desk > Troubleshooting Guide
- Pick the following values:
Business Unit: HE HelpDesk
Script Name: Benefits Troubleshooter
- Click 'Launch'
The page displays multiple Radio buttons. The options are not read out by JAWS Reader or any other Accessibility Software.
