Symptoms


Troubleshooting Guide options Are Not Read Out

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Turn on Enable Screen Reader Mode at the login page
  2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > HR Help Desk > Troubleshooting Guide
  3. Pick the following values:
    Business Unit: HE HelpDesk
    Guide: Benefits
    Script Name: Benefits Troubleshooter
  4. Click 'Launch'

The page displays multiple Radio buttons. The options are not read out by JAWS Reader or any other Accessibility Software.
