Import Document Gives "API method CreateAgreement failed: Name is missing" Error When Sending Document for Signing Through Prepare and Route for e-Signature (Doc ID 2808490.1)

Import Document and sending document for E-Signature giving below error when clicking Send on the  "Send document for Signing" page.

Error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supplier contracts > Create contracts and documents > Contract Entry
   Action: Create and Save the contract.
              Click on Add a document
2. Click on Import Document
3. Upload a Test .pdf Document to Sign, Click Upload and Click Done with Import.
4. Imported document.
5. Click on "Prepare and Route for e-Signature" button which will open "Send document for Signing" page.
6. Enter email address details of the Signer, Click on Send.
7. Click Send Button
8. Getting the error reported.
