E-CRM: Performance Issue when Running CRM Group Hierarchy Report for a Large Amount of Data (about 23k rows) (Doc ID 2809213.1)

Symptoms

When running CRM Group Hierarchy Report for about 23k rows of data it takes over 9h to finish


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce > Provider Group > Search for SetID == FSI01, Provider Group ID == ATMSYS, navigate to the “Group Hierarchy” page and add multiple Child Provider Groups and Parent Provider Group
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Operations and activate the service operation RC_PG_LOAD_CHILD 
3. Navigate to Workforce > Provider Groups > Group Hierarchy Report and run Group Hierarchy Report 
4. Observe the performance issue with application engine RC_GROUP_HIR
