Symptoms

508 Compliance Issue - Table does not have an accessible name and cells are not associated with table.

The issue can be observed on and Financials environment, in Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > User Preferences > Define User Preferences > Process Group, with the browser in developer mode, inspecting the Process Group grid.
The same type of issues are found in Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > User Preferences > Define User Preferences, Contracts.
