Dependent Life Insurance cost is not calculating in Fluid Benefit Enrollment as expected. The cost should be based on the number of dependents times the specified coverage.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1.Employee navigates to the Dependent Life Insurance enrollment page (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step, Dependent Life tile).
