GPUK - RTI Reconciliation Shows Incorrect Results For Retro Hires (Doc ID 2810811.1)

Symptoms

When analyse the differences on the RTI Reconciliation output it can be seen that the tax paid value shows a difference between the FPS and payroll results for retro hires.

Steps to reproduce the issue:


1.Add a retro hire (navigate to: Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Triggers > Retro Process Overrides)
2.Run payroll (navigate to: Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll )
3.Run RTI - FPS (navigate to: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt >Taxes >Process FPS Details GBR >Process FPS Details GBR)
4.Run RTI - starter declaration process (navigate to: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt >Payee Data >RTI >Employee RTI Details GBR >Starter Declaration)
5.Run RTI Reconciliation (navigate to: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt >Taxes > RTI Reconciliation GBR)
