Symptoms

Incorrect Project Activity description is displayed when budget is reviewed via budget overview page(Main Menu > Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Budgets Overview)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Post a budget Journal for a project via below navigation.

Main Menu > Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals


2) Review the budget via budget overview page.

Main Menu > Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Budgets Overview
