Symptoms
When trying to access Benefits Summary in Fluid Self Service, employees get the following error:
STEPS

1. Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage.
2. Click on Benefits Details title.
3. Default is to Benefits Summary and shows "You are not authorized for this page."
