Symptoms
Per the setup instructions in Task 12B-3-2 of the PeopleTools 8.58 Installation Guide for AIX platforms, the liblist64 file is to be modified. Similar information/instructions are found in the Visual Cobol compiler instructions, but this file is not present in the newly created $COBDIR\lib directory.
