Symptoms

Employees who have Roles Portal Administrator, PeopleSoft Administrator or both are unable to access classic Self Service Benefits Enrollment, as their other Security Roles allow.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1.An employee who has the necessary Security Roles to access classic Self Service but also has the Portal Administrator, PeopleSoft Administrator or both Roles selects Self Service > Benefits.
