Symptoms
The Waive option does not display on the Short Term and Long Term Disability Plan Type election pages for employees to select in Open Enrollment.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile.
2. Select the Short Term Disability Plan Type tile.
3. Close the tile and select the Long Term Disability tile.
