EAM: Amount Is Still Editable on Basic Add After the Asset Is Capitalized and Saved

Symptoms
Transaction amount field is still editable even after asset is capitalized and saved.
Steps:
- Create a new assets through Basic ADD component (Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Basic Add)
- Enter asset details, capitalize and save.
- Asset is capitalized, but the amount field is still editable, user can modify the amount after capitalization.
3. Edit amount and Save - new amount is saved.
- The expectation is the amount to not be editable after capitalization and saving the asset.
Note: Once clicking return to search and open the same asset, transaction amount field is disabled, as expected
