Symptoms
Getting error message when downloading bidders files while one of the files contains special characters on the file name or inside the file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details and create a new event and post it.
- As a bidder Navigate to > Sourcing > Event Reponses > Create Bidder Response and bid on the event and attach a file that contains special characters
- Analyze the event and try to download the file.
- Process will go to no success with error message
