E-COMP: Browser Compare Report Is Blank in Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2816432.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access a browser compare report in Chrome, the report is blank and is not showing any differences. (the compare report is working in other browsers)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate browser compare report from App Designer
2. Open Compare report in Chrome
