EGL 9.2: FS_JGEN Not Emailing Job Output (STDOUT) When Post is Selected And Output is Selected As Email

Symptoms
When running FS_JGEN, and Post is selected and choosing output type = e-mail, the email gets sent but the STDOUT file is not attached to the e-mail.
Steps
1) Add email address to user VP2 (PeopleTools -> Security -> User Profiles -> User Profiles)
2)Go to journal generate and create a run control (General Ledger -> Journals -> Subsystem Journals -> Generate Jrnl from Subsystem)
A) Click on Edit and Post
B) Click on Run
3) On the process scheduler request, choose FS_JGEN and change Type = Email.
A) Click on Distribution for the FS_JGEN line.
4) On the distribution detail page, enter a subject and enter VP2 in the Distribution ID.
5) When the process has finished, sign in to e-mail account and review e-mail. Note that the STDOUT file is not attached.
