Symptoms
Chatbots were configured on HCM 9.2 PUM39/PeopleTools (PT) 8.59.02. After doing so, when a user selects the Benefits Assistant and types 'Hi', the following error is seen on the online page, and the error farther down is returned in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html:

Steps to replicate:

1. Configure ODA, and Chatbots.
2. Log into PIA via a browser, and navigate to Employee Self-Service Homepage.
3. Select the Benefits Assistant, type 'Hi', and observe the error above.
4. Open the IB errorLog.html, and observe the second error shown above.
