Symptoms

Process requests are failing to post with the following error showing in the Distribution Agent log file
 


Java exception thrown: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake

 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit any process request to WEB output destination via Process Scheduler (e.g. Navigate to People Tools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests)
2. Observe runs to NOT POSTED in Process Monitor with reported error showing in related Distribution Agent log
