Error "Your search produced no results (18081,5505)" while searching for a specific Approver ID on the Monitor Approvals page (Doc ID 2818124.1)

Symptoms

Monitor Approvals filter on Approver user is not working.
If we put a filter on the Approver user, no result is displayed and we received an error message.
If we put any other filter, results are displayed.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate : Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals
2. Enter the Approver name in Approver field.
3. Search. Receive the error
