Symptoms
Group build launch count displaying zero results when group buils created with query.Group build does not handle a large list of values for the department id in the underlying query.
Steps to replicate the issue :
------------------------------
1. Create a Query with large number of department values in query criteria
Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager
2. Create group build using this query
Setup HCM > Common definitions > Group Build > Group Build Group defintion
3. Click on Launch count in Group build , zero results returned
