Symptoms

Below error might be seen when running BI Publisher processes or Application engine process type, These errors can be captured in the process logs. For eg: AE_<Process_Name>_<PI>.log
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Request.
2. Add a new Run Control
3. Run a BI Publisher Process
