Case Sensitive Search Results Returned Are Not Case Sensitive on the Health Benefits Page (Doc ID 2819427.1)

Symptoms

When Case Sensitive is selected on the Search page for Health Benefits and a lower case letter is entered in the Name field, the letter is changed to upper case when the Search button is clicked. Results returned are not case sensitive (that is, results include records with Name field beginning with either the upper or lower case letter).

Steps to Replicate:

1. Navigate to Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Health Benefits.
2. Enter lower case letter in Name field.
3. Select Case Sensitive.
4. Click the Search button.
