E-PIA: XML Parser Errors when Return To Requisition Page after Punchout With Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2819662.1)

Symptoms

Users are logged out of PeopleSoft when they return from direct connect Punchout websites using Chrome browser.

Error 1:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the PeopleSoft application with Chrome browser
  2. Navigate to the eProcurement page and try to connect with the third party vendor.
  3. Shop at the vendor site.
  4. Checkout and observe PeopleSoft login page popup.
