Symptoms
With Screen Reader Mode enabled from the Team Members tile, "Select All" and "Clear All" checkbox-styled buttons are marked up as buttons but function not defined.
1. Log in using Screen Reader Mode Enabled as User with Manager Role
2. Select the Manager Self Service from homepage dropdown
3. Select Team Learning tile
4. Select Team Members from the left menu
