Symptoms
Site is implementing Accounting Tags and is utilizing the DCGL23645234 app engine to convert existing speedcharts. The app engine is not handling multiple effective dated rows correctly.
When a speedchart has multiple effective dated rows, the app engine is converting that as two different accounting tags, even when one of the rows for the Speedchart is inactive.
Since Accounting Tags also has effective dating, why are those not being converted correctly?
Steps to replicate:
Run DCGL23645234 app engine.
