Symptoms

After updating IBM JDK to 8_6_4, pinging a node used for an integration with a third party(on TLSv1.1) is failing with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update IBM java version
2. Test integration with the third party by pinging the external node
3. Encounter error

Changes

 Update java version to IBM JDK 8.0(+).
