Approval History Page Does Not Display Approved Life Event Document Details (Doc ID 2822244.1)

After an employee's Life Event document is approved, the Approval History page does not display the approved document details.

Replication Steps:
1. Employee logs in and uploads a document to submit for approval for a life event.  Employee Self Service > Benefit Details > Life Events.
2. Approver reviews and Approves the benefit document uploaded by employee.  Manager Self Service > Approvals.
3. Approver when check Approval history, transaction row is available, but transaction details are missing and cannot view the document.  Manager Self service > Approvals > Approval History.
