Symptoms
Users receiving error when adding vaccine information to Vaccinations page HS_SS_IMMUN_FL. Also receive the below error in the employee's email.
Page Error:
Your Changes were not saved to the database. Contact your administrator to process the changes.
Email error:
Error: No rows exist for the specified keys. {CI_HS_HEALTH_CARD} (91,50)

1. Employee self service > Select Health and safety tile> Select Vaccination tile and enter data in vaccination page and save
2. This error flashes on top of the screen and also receive an email with error
