Symptoms

Users are receiving errors when adding vaccine information to the Vaccinations page HS_SS_IMMUN_FL. Also, receive the below error in the employee's email.

Page Error:

Your Changes were not saved to the database. Contact your administrator to process the changes.

Email error:

Error: No rows exist for the specified keys. {CI_HS_HEALTH_CARD} (91,50)
Component Interface CI_HS_HEALTH_CARD started at 12.36.19.000000 (18016,100)
Accessing CI with GetKeys at 12.36.19.000000 (18016,103)
Error getting Component Interface CI_HS_HEALTH_CARD by GetKeys. (18016,104)
An error has occurred. (18032,1055)


Steps to recreate the issue:
------------------------------
1. Employee self service > Select Health and safety tile> Select Vaccination tile and enter data in vaccination page and save
2. This error flashes on top of the screen and also receive an email with error
