EBI9.2: Incorrect Poject ID's On Invoice Revenue Distribution Look Up Search List

Symptoms
When entering Project Chartfileds info in Project/Contract tab of Express Billing / Billing line, the projects in the prompt table are not filtered on BU selected.
Replication Steps:
1. Navigate to Billing / Standard Billing / Revenue Distribution on Billing Invoice;
2. Select PC BU US001;
3. Click on Project and Look Up Project window is showing 300 rows which is not correct;
Project ID search should have project listing from its associated PC BU only, but currently pulling all project IDs.
