Date of Birth Not Following My Preferences Format on Student Services Ctr (Student), General Info Tab (Doc ID 2824213.1)

Date of Birth shown on Student Services Ctr(Student), General Info Tab is not following the format set via My Preferences.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login as superuser
2. Go to My Preferences > General Settings > Regional Settings section
3. Set Date format to DDMMYYYY
4. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Ctr(Student)
5. Search for Student ID
6. Click General Info Tab -- Date of Birth is still showing MM-DD-YYYY format
7. Click Edit Personal Data button - Correct date format is shown for Date of Birth and Effective Date
